Day 20: I am thankful I was able to take Thomas to the same church Brandon & I grew up in on Sunday morning. We were able to visit with several friends after church.

Day 7 of Giving Thanks

I am thankful for Thomas' birth mom.
I can not even imagine the emotions she felt (and is still feeling) when she decided to have an adoption plan for Thomas.
We are very thankful she chose us to be Thomas' parents. We will never forget the moment we first saw Thomas in the nursery at the hospital. And the first time we held him and instantly became a family of three.

Thomas was 6 weeks old in this picture.

We pray for her everyday and will continue to pray for her.

Keep the faith,
Lauren

I am thankful for the GORGEOUS weather we are having in Mississippi!
I have been able to take our little bundle of joy to the park almost every day this week, and Brandon was able to go to on Saturday.
Our little man LOVES the park!

Lauren

Day 5 of Giving Thanks!

I am thankful that my OSU Cowboys won against the K-State Wildcats on Saturday!

Day 2 of Giving Thanks

I am very thankful for my husband, Brandon.

He is an amazing man with a great sense of humor, amazing work ethic, and a great dad to Thomas!
He is a jack of all trades! He cooks, is a handy-man, assembles baby items, is a carpetender, outdoorsman, and my movie watching buddy!

Keep the faith,
Lauren

Day 1 of Thankfulness

I am thankful for our God that listens and answers prayers.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

Brandon and I read this bible verse over and over while we were on our journey through infertility.

Keep the faith,
Lauren
