Bulls and a Tractor...

Thomas checked the bulls with his Pops for the first time while we were celebrating Thanksgiving in Texas.

(This is one of my FAVORITE pictures!)

Thomas had so much fun spending time outside with his Pops checking the bulls.
He was not afraid of them at all!

(Look at that blue sky!)

Thomas loved riding on the tractor with his Pops. This tractor belonged to my grandpa, and my dad recently had it rebuilt. This tractor was originally built in the early 1970s.

Thomas tried dirt for the first time right after this picture was taken!

Thomas looks so small sitting next to the tractor!

I can't wait to go back to Wheeler so Thomas can go with Pops again to check his cows!

~I still have lots of pictures from our week in Texas to post so check back soon!

Leaves...

We spent a week in the Texas panhandle to celebrate Thanksgiving with our families.

Thomas spent a lot of time playing in the leaves at my parents' house!

"I wonder if my mom will let me eat these leaves?"

Mum Mums

Thomas recently tried Mum Mums for the first time, and I had to take pictures!

I love his facial expressions when he tries any new food!

Enjoy!

We are...

moving to Kansas City in December!

Brandon and I are super excited about moving. We will be closer to our family and friends in Oklahoma and Texas! We can't wait to move to Kansas City!

We were in KC this past weekend looking for a house to rent, and we found one we LOVE!

We will live down the road from one of my college roommates! She has a little 5 month baby boy so Thomas already has a buddy in KC. We met her, her husband, and baby for lunch over the weekend while we in KC.

We didn't take many pictures over the weekend but here are a few pics.

Go Pokes! Thomas and I had to wear our orange on Saturday! Brandon wished he had some orange to wear after we beat his Red Raiders!

My boys!

Thomas loves to give himself kisses when he sees his reflection in the mirror!

On our way to the airport!
You can see Thomas has TWO bottom teeth now in this pic!

Lauren

Day 7 of Giving Thanks

I am thankful for Thomas' birth mom.
I can not even imagine the emotions she felt (and is still feeling) when she decided to have an adoption plan for Thomas.
We are very thankful she chose us to be Thomas' parents. We will never forget the moment we first saw Thomas in the nursery at the hospital. And the first time we held him and instantly became a family of three.

Thomas was 6 weeks old in this picture.

We pray for her everyday and will continue to pray for her.

Lauren

Day 6 of Giving Thanks!

I am thankful for the GORGEOUS weather we are having in Mississippi!
I have been able to take our little bundle of joy to the park almost every day this week, and Brandon was able to go to on Saturday.
Our little man LOVES the park!
